Taking charge of resolving missing pay issues, timesheet corrections, and managing payroll for over 8000 employees across various stores. Handling off-cycle payroll for terminated employees, including final settlements, manual checks for missing pay, bonus distributions, and incentive runs.Setting up and processing child support payments for employees.Performing outbound calls to the vendor to know about the child support order in case of having any doubts on the order.

Responsibilities - Payroll Process for around 2000 Employees , frequent follow ups to clients about timesheet, Time sheet Preparation, Clearing Payroll calculation errors, Payroll auditing before Finalize, comparing current PR reports with previous reports and also being responsible of HR services for the employees, like new hire, termination, direct deposit , pay rate and position changes during the payroll run and Employee ACH kick back process, Unemployment claims and ACH process, New client implementation to the software.
