Reporting to the Chairman of the group -Corporate Afairs, Corporate Relations and Business Development.Execution of Hydro Projects, RE Projects and R-APDRP, Distribution Franchaisee, Water, Waste, Sewerage business. Liasoning and relationship building with various Government authorities. Overview & assist project team for projects across all verticals. Responsible for all verticals - PAN India and presently three countries where we have presence. Responsible for hydro projects. Responsible for outstanding collection of firm with various govt. departments.

Responsible for business development and corporate relations for whole group. Attending high-profile meetings for contract discussions with clients, chief ministers and secretaries of states, and chief engineers. Managing general administration for the whole group, including assessing billing and approving accounts payable. Handling clearances and NOCs from all concerned government departments. Overseeing negotiations with vendors, facilitating smooth execution of orders, and handling entire business cycle. Overseeing 24X7 News Channel by the name “Network 10” having presence in 6 states presently.  Acquired new projects valued at INR 200 crores in 2 years, as Head of BD and Projects; collaborated with technical experts to prepare feasibility studies, and managed logistics Directing 50 personnel at the head office and overseeing 8 project managers; monitoring projects, analyzing issues and making recommendations on bottlenecks and other problems Dealing with organisations such as NHPC, THDC, SJVNL, NTPC, UJVNL, NPCC, IL&FS, EIL, TCIL, and state authorities in Uttarakhand, UP, Punjab, Haryana, HP and MP for projects Maintaining cordial relationships with top management of various PSUs, IAS officers and political leaders; recently established rapport with senior officials at MHEP in Bhutan Won single contract valued at INR 450 crores in August 2012; designed company profile, made presentations on projections and assured the client of the company’s strengths  Introduced standardized formats for daily cash reports and established procedures for monthly projections across the group to augment efficiency and create accountability Facilitated process of registration for VAT, issuance of road permits, and coordination with the income tax office  Engaged in implementing transparent purchase procedures to monitor consumables and reduce wastage and theft. Engaged in evaluation of sub-contractors and purchase orders.

Coordinated all activities with a team of 6 personnel, and steered operations for development of projects, preparing DPRs, drilling, conducting land surveys, and drift, as head for Uttarakhand. Handled administrative functions, and managed corporate relationships and all clearances and NOCs at gram panchayat, tehsil, and district and state levels. Dealt with senior state officials, including Chief Ministers.The project initially allotted was of 140 MW capacities, while working on final DPR with consultants – Hal crow, SNC Lavalin and other senior hydro experts got finally approved for 300 MW.  Acquired 67.5 hectares of private and forest land for a 300-MW hydroelectric project (Alaknanda) valued at INR 2,000 crores; obtained state clearances from all concerned bodies Completed required processes including Section 4&6 procedures for private land, R&R policy with regard to NPR 2007, and CAT plans for land belonging to the SC/ST community Studied procedures and submitted all documents for the required public hearing; followed up with officials and expedited date of hearing, completing the complete process in record time of 42 days from date of submission of documents.  Not a single day project works were stopped due to proper co-ordination between villagers, Badrinath Temple Committee and all level govt. officials. Received approval to use 5 hectares of forest land for initial infrastructure work within record time of 3 months  Participated in identifying the projects in Nepal, Himachal Pradesh and thus aggregating the hydro power business from 140 MW to 3000 MW in 3 years.
