Zoho Assist enables you to control any device remotely and provide remote support efficiently2. Developed Zoho Assist - Customer app - An app that enables technicians to remotely control mobile devices (Android 5.0+)3. Was the single developer who worked on both the apps and released the app to Play Store within 6 months. 4. The core functionality of both the apps is modularised and exposed as framework - many other apps from Zoho integrate with Zoho Assist through the framework5. With this modularised approach, our framework could support any WebRTC application and also work with any changes made to the signaling mechanism in the app4.
