Zoho Assist enables you to control any device remotely and provide remote support efficiently2. Developed Zoho Assist - Customer app - An app that enables technicians to remotely control mobile devices (Android 5.0+)3. Was the single developer who worked on both the apps and released the app to Play Store within 6 months. 4. The core functionality of both the apps is modularised and exposed as framework - many other apps from Zoho integrate with Zoho Assist through the framework5. Working on other yet-to-be-released mobile apps for Zoho Assist suiteZoho MeetingWebRTC is the technology behind our conferencing software app and I am responsible for developing the framework for Zoho Meeting Android app.1. I am responsible for developing a modularised framework based on WebRTC, which can be used for any application2. The framework is divided into two layers - Base and Signalling modules3. With this modularised approach, our framework could support any WebRTC application and also work with any changes made to the signaling mechanism in the app4. This framework is to be integrated with other Zoho apps to provide seamless audio-video-screen sharing support to the apps.R&DIn addition to working on mobile apps for Zoho Assist and Zoho Meeting, I spend my time at Zoho for R&D1. Automated testing tool which would test the given apk and provide result as mail (Spoon-Falcon-Shell script - PHP - HTML - JS)2. Worked on setting up CI/CD using Gitlab for our mobile apps (Gitlab Runner - Shell Script)3. Worked on code formatting plugin for internal usage to check and correct common coding issues (Android Studio plugin)4. Organising weekly talks internally within the team and monthly talks for all the developers inside the company.
