Supervised 2017 peak fulfillment planning including demand forecasting, labor planning and inventory audits resulting in 99% on-time shipments and <2% damaged deliveries during Q4 2017.

Built Coverage Strategy team and function from scratch, developed RoI based approach to $1B/year investment in coverage resulting in $600M potential return. Developed RoI based approach to coverage planning that included multiples lens and trade-offs. Used Machine Learning to draw insights (Regression, classification methods, supervised and unsupervised learning) and built financial models (forecasting, customer lifetime value, time-series models) to decide invest. Built a team of 15 from scratch; hired, coached and led the team of high performing analysts and data scientists doing things never done at T-Mobile earlier.
