CLient : Hospira and ReckittAPO SNP implementation and roll out Project:-The project is to implement and roll out SNP system for India so as to use Production planning through rough cut capacity planning which involved leading training workshops in factories and make Factory and Production planners comfortable in using the system.-It included various cut-over activities so as to move from Excel sheets to system based production and Integration to JDE was also part of this.- Was part of various other roll outs involving Thailand,Turkey and China.
