In my role at Concerto Analytics, I reported to the CEO and joined the team during its early stage. We took the company from pre-market to scaleup. I transitioned from hands-on development to strategic leadership, focusing on scaling challenges, solution architecture, and quality assurance. I led a diverse team of engineers, business analysts, designers, and data engineers, fostering a DevOps culture that enhanced collaboration and efficiency. We delivered flagship products that significantly reduced the B2B sales cycle & User Engagement. One of my major projects involved migrating legacy code to a cloud architecture to support billions of data points flowing in the engine for the best user experience. Over a couple of iterations of fine-tuning Database and Server performance, we gained > 500% performance in the Calculation engine and User Aha moments. I am personally glad to have led a full effort in ISO27001 certification and learned so much more about Secure Software development, Information Security, Organisation Security, Governance, & audit processes.

It was a short-term consulting opportunity to help build a Fleet Management Web and Mobile application for the Commonwealth Games, Gold Coast 2018.The team grew significantly during my time. I led a large team of cross-functional engineers, Business Analytics, & Designers.
