The 2nd leg of my professional journey is focused on up-skilling, re-skilling and developing new relevant skills across professional levels - job seekers as well as seasoned professionals.Also helping and guiding mid/senior level financial services professionals as a Program Leader with Emeritus for various Executive Education Programs for NUS (National University of Singapore), ISB, IIMK-UWA.Have been privileged to lead various teams across domains and geographies with my previous Organisation working closely with the sales, consulting, transitions and transformation teams driving simplification and standardization through digitally enabled solutions.My skills at reimagining enterprise middle and back office operations rest upon Lean Digital, Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma, combined with my own reputation for flexibility and dependability.Extensive account management experience in banking and financial services on three continents has given me a very strong understanding of end-to-end processes, allowing me to provide unique, compelling and disruptive digital solutions. I also have comprehensive experience in setting up and running large operations.Throughout my career, my ability to build durable client relationships has been a great advantage. In addition, I welcome challenges – even, or perhaps especially, when they take me out of my comfort zone – and am seldom satisfied with the status quo.
