Currently, a part of the HR Team at Vantara, flagship of two non-profit entities, working for a noble cause of animal welfare, spearheaded by Sh. Anant Ambani. At Vantara, I handle several HR functions with utmost precision, minimal guidance, and full ownership. I am part of a dynamic and diverse team that supports the strategic initiatives of the Vantara, one of the most prestigious and influential projects in the organization.I am passionate about improving existing processes and taking new initiatives that can reduce operational time, increase efficiency, and benefit the people of the organization. Some of the processes that I have been involved in are expat employees relations, induction and joining formalities, probation process management, insurance module management, HR policies and procedures, HR database management, leave module management, exit formalities, employee engagement activities, and employee benefits programs.I started my career as an MT-HR Viraj Profiles Limited. Later I joined Bacancy as a Trainee, a leading software development company, where I learned the basics of HR operations and administration. I was promoted to Executive - HR Ops. within four months and continued to work there for two years, gaining valuable experience and skills in HR management and development.I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from SPUMBA, a reputed business school, where I excelled in academic and extracurricular activities. I also have a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from RK University, where I developed my interest in technology and innovation.I am motivated by learning new skills, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to the organizational goals.
