Also playing a role of Mentor internal to Sankalp Semiconductor.

Sankalp a mixed-signal/ Analog Integrated Circuits(IC) Design solutions, IP and services company started in Bangalore in 2015 and moved to Hubli, a Tier II city to become biggest Analog Chip Design services company in the world by exceeding ChipIdea, a Portuguese company of 200 engineers. With support of i) mentors like Gururaj Deshpande, Kishor Patil, Mahesh Jadhav, Madhu Atre, Dr. Ashok Shettar, etc, ii) Partners like Mrinal, Samir, Prabhat, Alok, Mohan, Prajit, Praveen, etc iii) support of ecosystem in Hubli of TiE, Deshpande Skilling, BVB College Sankalp became a 1000+ members company. Sankalp started a new model of HiTech company going away from Bangalore and still scaling big with innovative model of going in college campuses (BVB college, IIT Kharagpur) and creating semiconductor talent from 2nd year of engineering through VLSI Diploma course for under grads. Sankalp Skilled 1500+ engineers and 200+ 12th Std under-privileged (BPL) students in Semiconductor domain through innovative hands-on skilling approach. Sankalp became a national brand and well known in VLSI worldwide industry, when it acquired KPIT cummin’s VLSI semiconductor unit twice it’s own size. This would not have possible without guidance from Kishor Patil. Sankalp has won many awards from reputed organizations and few of them are: Top 100 HiTech companies in ASIA by Red Herring in 2009. Deloitte HiTech Fast 50 companies in India in 2010 and 2011 and 2012. Red Herring selected Sankalp as global 100 companies in the world in 2012 and Sankalp was the only semiconductor company from ASIA and Europe to be on that list. And Sankalp also had privilege of only company from India ever to be selected at world level.
