I am a professional Architect working on Design centered around 'Happiness' and have put in about a decade long research on the same. I was prompted to work on this, as my design work on over 400+ completed projects of various scale, in the past 28 years, triggered a thought that even as large sums of money were spent on putting up physical infrastructure for projects, one seldom addresses the emotional and spiritual needs of all the stakeholders. My research on the topic led me to believe that " THE BOTTOM LINE OF EVERY TRANSACTION IN ONE'S LIFE IS THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" After years of work, I have now developed the possibility to evolve an overall eco-system around 'Happiness' and I plan to launch the range of products and services. I have applied for multiple IP registrations in India and in the coming months, hope to enter and disrupt the markets positively. Our work now transcends the domains of Real Estate, Sports, Education, Environment & Tourism with one product in each category. We work with multiple vendor partners in leadership roles across the globe and operate on a liberated enterprise model.Each of our products integrates Technology & Design, while predominantly focusing on various Deep passions, which drives the human race. With the use of new age technology, we wish to help people become more efficient while also capturing Data on Community Happiness. We believe this data can help planners, strategists etc for all future developments globally. Nature inspired Design helps to improve the quality of life while providing for the physical infrastructure. The possibility of choice of the Deep Passion drivers like Arts, Literature, Culture etc woven in to daily life, gives value to the purpose for our living. We believe the integration of Technology, Design and Deep Passion will cater to the holistic needs of the users. A community, so formed with the sole purpose of caring while sharing, can also help in making the world be a better place. We believe the market size for such eco-systems is very large (mid size housing in India alone is expected to be over 45 B $ by 2022). To address this huge market, In the first phase, we are establishing an integrated Innovation, Incubation, Research & Skill development centre at Manipal, Karnataka. This centre will help young industry professionals from across the globe, in the age group of 26-32, to become market ready.
