Full Spectrum Internal Medicine Practice at initially the Santa Clara Center and now the Los Gatos Center of PAMF. Emphasis on holistic care of the patient with focus on prevention and management of hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease. Excellent patient satisfaction scores, consistently in the top percentiles. Trained and highly efficient in EPIC (widely-used electronic health record).

Was actively recruited to lead this site based on the successes accomplished at the Los Gatos Center. Became the only site leader to lead 2 distinct sites at the Camino Region of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Enhanced and changed processes to streamline provider schedules, patient care and improve provider/patient satisfaction considerably.

Actively led a site of 25+ medical providers and 40+ staff members. Involved in every aspect of running our site to its optimal capacity. Navigated our site through the pandemic. Led the Care Model Transformation initiative at this site, the first in the South Bay Region. Well-versed in the hiring process, mentorship of new hires, innovative use of resources to minimize waste, budgeting to optimize productivity, leading meetings to get engagement, being a liaison to specialists. Created a family-type social environment which facilitated unprecedented morale at the site. Achieved the highest score (all 5's) on 360degree Leadership Review--this was done twice over 3 years and I was proud to garner all 5's across in all 10 categories from staff, managers, peer providers and higher leaders. Most importantly, led by example--with hard work, punctuality, positive attitude, ethics and integrity.

Chaired a multidisciplinary committee responsible for assessment, management, credentialing and education/discipline of physicians/surgeons. Managed varying opinions and personalities to reach a consensus on appropriateness of medical care provided. Actively participated in the joint Professional Affairs Committee/Quality Review Committee meetings, including round table discussions with regional leaders and legal team about ongoing lawsuits and how best to train providers to prevent them. Helped create Best Practices recommendations.

Served as Chief Medical Officer/Advisor for this startup that focused on holistically improving wellness for users.
