I am a sustainability professional and environmentalist specializing in resource conservation and management aiming at the Sustainable Development Goals with a current focus frame of 10 years (2020-2030).I am also an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow and was selected during 2018-2019 for The German Chancellor Fellowship for tomorrow's leaders (Bundeskanzler-Stipendium für Führungskräfte von morgen) by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation [https://www.humboldt-foundation.de/web/german-chancellor-fellowship.html]. My work was focused on Sustainable Circular Cities with regard to Built Environment and Urbanization. In due course of fellowship, I also had the experience to undergo training on Disruptive Design and Systems Thinking. My association with DIF event of Ellen Macarthur Foundation was one of the key success during the fellowship. During the fellowship period, I was also selected as a young leader to enhance bilateral relationship between Germany and India by the Indo-German Young Leaders Forum (IGYLF)[https://igylf.org/]. I was also selected for The SUMMER ACADEMY YOUNG TITANS (SAYT) where the world’s most promising young talents get mentored and work with the great business-social-political leaders of our time [https://www.young-titans.com/].I have worked previously as an consultant for sustainable practices in ship recycling industry with focus in India, China, Bangladesh and Turkey. I have a Master’s degree in Environmental Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology - Bombay (IIT-B) and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Kerala, India. I had also been part of projects funded by agencies like UNEP and IMO.
