• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management• Oversee security of buildings and grounds• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained• Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies• Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility• Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences• Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings or re-organising of current premises• Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping and parking teams• Maintaining records the facility, including maintenance bills and payment information

• Own end to end operations of the Residence/s and overall management• Handle day to day operations at Stanza properties-ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to food, housekeeping services, security services, internet, laundry and social events• Understanding the requirements of the customer and articulately dealing with situations and queries• Manage records, checklists and do the various data entries required for smooth functioning of the unit• Be a representative of stanza and be able to do sales and close on leads provided on site• Providing on ground / field support during exigencies • Ensuring that there are no shortages in food & arranging for it when they occur• Coordinate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties• Transforming a standalone property into a Stanza living property by making the snag list of each room, taking HOTO of the property, checking the site feasibility report (SFR) and making it a fully furnished building as per the standards and making it a ready to move in place to stay
