I am an Accounting & Finance graduate (B.Com Hons) from Calcutta University, with a strong passion for Corporate, Insolvency and Intellectual property law. Currently, I am pursuing CS Executive at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LL.B (3 Year) from JNCU, aiming to become a future company secretary and corporate lawyer.During my B.Com studies, I had the opportunity to intern at R. Harlalka & Co., a renowned chartered accountants firm located in the Government Place area, Kolkata. This experience exposed me to the significance of corporate laws and fueled my interest in pursuing a career in corporate laws.To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I am actively engaged in training at NCLT, where I am honing my expertise in the field. Additionally, I had the privilege of interning at the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court for a few months, gaining valuable exposure to the legal profession.In my quest for continuous growth and development, I have set my sights on pursuing master’s degree and PG Diploma course on IPR & Cyber laws. These areas of study provide me with invaluable insights into corporate laws and enable me to contribute to the promotion of better corporate governance in today’s world.
