I love my job and love the unique learning opportunities that come with it!Born and brought up in Delhi, India, I have had quite an eventful professional journey during the 15+ years that began with job profile in Corporate IT training (Zee Telefilms Interactive), moved to supporting international (US) customers in resolving their technical issues (Dell & American Express). Owing to my superb C-SAT scores and attention to detail, I was elevated to senior quality management professional and introduced to the world of process improvements, incident handling and operational risk management.Eventually ready for a role in Operations Management (EXL Services), I moved to Pune, India in 2007 and have resided here since. My 5+ years at EXL helped me sharpen my skills in people management (handling large teams), Participating in Six Sigma projects, and client & stakeholder management (key client relationships worth million+ USD).The 5+ years in core Operations and Process Management with an emphasis on driving excellent Customer Service, set up the foundation for my upcoming roles with Aeternus Global (Operations Management for Outbound Sales), Aman Aviation (Process Design and Implementation) which gave me an exposure to managing direct sales and working for the aviation industry (maintenance), respectively.In Wipro, I received a great grounding in leading process transitions end to end and handling pre-sales for several big ticket clients. I was also elevated to handle several processes across locations (Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata) and dealing with several client stakeholders at once. My experience with Operations, Process, Quality, People and Customer Management were taken to the next level when I joined Amazon retail where I was managing a span of >150 across customer service and process management for US customers for e-mail and chat channels. During this time, I managed to add a Black Belt certification (Indian Statistical Institute), PGDBA-Finance (Symbiosis) and Project Management (Prince2) to my list of educational qualifications.Since July 2019, I have been working with SG Analytics in my current profile where my team and I are leading business and operational excellence efforts across the organisation, reporting directly to the COO.
