My role involves a blend of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks aimed at minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing overall production efficiency.I am responsible for implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies that ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations. This includes diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with precision and speed. By applying engineering principles and hands-on problem-solving skills, I work to quickly identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.A key part of my role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address maintenance challenges and support production goals. This collaborative approach helps in identifying areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes.In addition, I am tasked with maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
