Oversaw all of Segment's softwares for HR and Talent and responsible for metrics and measurement of Segment's people initiatives. Areas of Focus:-Tech Recruiting - hired 30+ people across Engineering (primarily infrastructure/SRE), Security and Recruiting in 1st year at Segment-Compensation - set up compensation philosophy, methodologies (promotions, merit increases, high performer and refresh policies), and initial training for Managers.
