I have worked on multiple construction projects that have helped me sharpen my problem solving skills, creativity and construction knowledge. I also posses a strong foundation in material structural simulation and lightweight vehicle architecture as well a deep interest in the fields of solid mechanics and aerodynamics.My professional experiences have given me an insight in product development and testing as I was part of a team in charge of developing automotive pressure sensors from a concept to series manufacturing. Looking to the future, I wish to be a part of the aerospace industry as my passions lie in the field of space technology and rocket science.

My workflow involved:- Development of an FE model for linear static structural analysis and topology optimisation- Concept development of a side wall design based on the results of the topology optimisation results- Dimesioning and validation of the novel concept using free-size optimisation- Validation of novel concept using structural FE analysis A weight reduction of 900 kg from state of the art was achieved through my new concept which makes use of an aluminium differential design which allows material to be placed only where it is structurally needed. The feasibility of a new design for car body construction was successfully validated with FEM. -

This project includes:- Development and evaluation of solution concepts with detailed sketches.- Overall design of components with PTC CREO - Dimensional and structural verification of various machine elements through analytical and numerical calculations.- Complete technical documentation with standardized representations. -
