Current• Development of POKA YOKE Systems to prevent failures in Manufacturing Systems and Processes.• Part of the Global Team for a major project, leading the Product Industrialization part in India.• Trained global and local team of 19 members in total, on the ERP Implementation and development including the Product Configurator development.• Performing 2 VSM projects which is supposed to improve the productivity of the plant by 17% overall by end of year, which later will be a part of the “Smart Factory” project starting next year.• Identified new technologies for the Industry 4.0 System which can be later deployed horizontally in the entire plant. Working with Supplier to develop a new Product aligned with the company's Business Strategy.• Identifying and implementing Cost Saving solutions, both in processes as well as in product, to reduce the overall product cost.• Handling Process Audits at the Factory and Making the Process stronger to generate better product in the Assembly Line and minimizing the defect in the product.
