I have multifarious responsibilities in my company that is now at an inflexion point thereby throwing up enormous promises and opportunities for the future. In Treasury Management, I oversee domestic and foreign investments from the point of view of safety and returns, while actively hedging foreign inwards receipts in three different currencies. I hold adminsitrative control of our South African susbidiary as well as coordinating other subsidiary relationships in USA, UK and China from the point of view of employee welfare, expansion needs of the parent company, asset and inventory management. I oversee and supervise the grassroot risk management process in the company in which I, inter alia, manage Insurance portfolio of the parent and all its subsidiaries domestically and internationally. In this role, I am reporting the risk management outcome to the Board of the company at quarterly intervals.Finally, I also manage investors relations by conducting investor relation programmes and presentations regularly as well as engaging with the investor community on one-to-one basis depending on thier need.

Performance Monitoring and Credit Division (Network1)

 Approved industrial and business loans as a member of Head Office Credit Committee. Effective monitoring of credit portfolio of more than $150 million with low default rate.  Revised and updated credit policy to make it amenable for business growth. Generated over $5 million in interest and origination fee on an yearly basis. Achieved 137% compounded growth in loan portfolio by forging new relationships. Streamlined documentation process by computerization leading to a drastic reduction of disbursal time.  Help customized processes and work flow to adhere to the requirements of core banking platform. Lead team to launch a new core banking technology platform.  Liaison with internal and external audit agencies, e.g., FDIC/DFI etc. Diversified business by establishing Trade Finance Policy. Established country/Bank exposure limits to support bill discounting business. Trained staff in credit assessment and related activities
