Designing Solutions for Residential, commercial, and hospitality projects along with the interface of HVAC, Security system, Visitor Management, Access Control, Access Point(Wi-Fi), Central Audio, Central Video, Networking, IR Devices, and Serial Port Devices.- Came up with innovative new designs for existing products, as well as with cost-efficient products, based on market/customer feedback.- Hands on experience in preparing drawing layouts, lighting circuits diagram, Modules diagrams, - - - -Distribution board design, Single Line Diagram, & Managing execution team.- Pre sales meeting, as well as Driving technical Sales meeting- Managing & coordinating,Sales team with the help of SCM (Sales construction Meeting),Operations team for Project Execution with PCM (Project Construction Meeting),And Account Team for the financial status of projects- Creating Conceptual design and setting up specifications along with other data for layout drawings.- Preparing detailed technical competitive analysis of brands and products.- Hands on experience in preparing a bill of quantity cost estimates at budgetary & pre tendering stage.- Assisting team members, conducting follow-ups and ensuring the timely accomplishment of projects.- Executing complete project life cycle from the stage of requirement gathering till final execution including material estimation; working in close coordination with clients & architects till the completion of projects- Providing technical applications solution and support for the project design and imparting training to new joiners.- Creating and handling Dealer network.- Taking care of the technical purchase.
