Helped grow our Rev Par Index from 120.1 in 2013 to 126.3 in 2014. In 2015, we finished at125.7 (1 out of 8 in our compset). Responsible for consistently upholding the Guest Service Score (GSS). In 2015, we finished at54.2 which is a Clear in Marriott Standards. YTD 2016 we are at 55.7. Led the team to pass the 2015 Quality Assurance inspection with a score of 83.7, a Clear inMarriott Standards. Responsible for maintaining our Associate Opinion Survey (AOS) scores. Our score for 2015was 95%. Accountable for ensuring that yearly budget is being exceeded and expense budget is beingcontrolled. YTD GOP is 1.9 million to a budget of 2.1 million. Responsible for ensuring all capital expenditures are in line with budget. Efficiently handle productivity levels to ensure that labor is under control. YTD 2016 we arescored at Platinum for managing labor. Responsible for overseeing every department and everyone’s safety. Accountable for being in compliance with the union contract and abiding by their rules andregulations. Responsible for the overall health of the property, ensuring that this asset is well-maintained forresell in the future.

Helped lead the team to increase a Rev Par Index goal of 119.9 to 120.1 for 2013. Responsible for consistently improving the Guest Service Score (GSS). The score increasedfrom 68.9 in the first quarter of 2011 to 79.3 at the end of 2013. Helped lead the team to pass the annual Quality Assurance inspection. The score increased from78% to 93.6%. Responsible for steadily increasing our Associate Opinion Survey (AOS) scores from 94% to98%. Assisted in overseeing purchasing to ensure budget was met. Efficiently handled the payroll process. Responsible for daily deposits to ensure the hotel was balanced. Responsible for overseeing every department manager and following up to ensure all directiveswere carried out. Responsible for managing employees, ensuring safety, helping with scheduling andtroubleshooting problems. Resolved all customer care issues and followed up with guest requests and/or complaints toguarantee the best service possible.

Responsible for producing over 4,000 room nights and over $100,000 in revenue within the firstyear. Increased our hotel portfolio to better facilitate the increasing amount of business volume inmajor cities of the U.S. Interacted daily with clients to ensure and establish a successful relationship. Increased international clients and started soliciting the U.S. market for group travel resulting ingreater revenue. Provided individual reservations as well as group hotel accommodations for tour operators,travel agencies and event planning organizations for the China and U.S. markets. Maintained all key accounts from the China market.

 Responsible for revenue production of the hotel by exceeding Rev Par by 5.5%. Increased group business by 20%. Actively sold room nights through sales calls (warm and cold), networking, group tours and inhouseguests. Contacted existing clients to maintain and further build relationships, resulting in more roomnights and revenue. Assisted with daily front desk operations as well as guest needs and concerns. Interacted daily with various business owners/contractors and clients to ensure and establish asuccessful relationship. Demonstrated a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs, ensuring more repeatbusiness. Identified and maintained constant communication with the hotel’s key accounts and Marriott’sregional sales office and revenue management. Developed/assisted with the hotel’s marketing and sales plan based on the hotel’s position andstrengths within each market segment.
