I have been qualified and worked as Family Mediator since 1994.As such I help couples to reach agreement with regard to the issues arising out of their separation/ divorce without the need to for them to go to court.I am qualified to undertake MIAMS and also to consult directly with children within the Mediation Process. I am a Professional Practice Consultant which requires me to mentor and assist other mediators in their mediation practice.I practise as a Court of Protection Mediator. In this capacity, I help family members to resolve issue-for example, which care home an elderly parent should go into or inheritance issues etcI am a qualified Coach in the following: Business, Life, Divorce, Bereavement, Relationship and Children.As Life Coach I help clients to achieve their goals by working on a one to one basis. This can be on any aspect of their lives in order to help them to live their best life.As Divorce Coach, I work with my clients to help them to keep focussed and strong through the Divorce process and to see a future afterwards. As a Relationship Coach ,I work with couples who wish to improve their communication or with couples who have hopes to become reconciled after experiencing difficulties in their relationship-in this case I work with the couple together. I specialised as a Divorce Lawyer for 20 years and so have direct extensive experience in this area.In addition to the work in my own business , as regards my mediation practice , I also currently work on an ad hoc basis for the law firm, Blacks of Leeds . In the past, I have also helped to set up Mediation Services for various Companies and have worked as their Specialist Consultant Mediator for a day a week.
