Work closely with global retail brand to align with the global retail vision, set the vision and direction for GC and deliver a premium brand enhancing results.2. Job duty: - Execute visual merchandising for fashion retail chain stores of C&A (China) 30 stores in PRC- Create VM guideline for store VM. - Coordinate VM team, operation dept, marketing dept and vendors to execute projects. - Performing and implementing seasonal and in-store display and decoration- Provide support for window change and events- Plan and conduct regular shop visit to ensure corporate VM standards are maintained- Execute and follow up the planned action for in-store projects and activities with promotional themes- Work closely with the Regional VM to ensure all the stores deliver an excellent visual standard according to the company and brand image by regular store visit- Communicate with Regional Visual Merchandiser for weekly window & in-store change and prepare visual visit report monthly - Coordinate with contractors and supplier for window display production - Work with marketing department to deliver consistent and prestige brand image. - Work with operation team to review the shops environment to increase store traffic and sales volume.
