- Inventory management to ensure all available media resources being used for maximum potential- Utilizing media inventory to achieve the company objectives efficiently.- Undertake all administrative work - sales and inventory monthly reports- Manage media insertion order bookings- Coordinate with operation department to ensure media schedule is logged in and upload on time- Assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)on forecast tracking- Work closely with other departments - deployment, business development and content team to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of media solutions- Undertake marketing and sales support

- Matched customer or project needs and provide quotation.- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customer or new customer as daily task.- Handle high volume phones sales, and email inquiries, not only sales service but also operations, closing deals and providing support after sales.- Assist senior sales manager and sales engineer for project submission.

- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted cosmetic products for example - Shiseido, ZA, Calvin Klein perfumes, and etc. - Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers and etc. to source new sales opportunities - Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc)
