Pactera Technology International Ltd. was formed in November 2012 through a merger between leading information technology services firms hiSoft and VanceInfo Technologies, and was privatised by the Blackstone Group in March 2014. Pactera is the leading China-based IT consulting, solutions and outsourcing provider with over 24,000 staff globally. I was part of the management team for VanceInfo Technologies in Australia and later oversaw the merger activities in Australia for the new group.
