Vivian Ding is a Specialist. Colleagues describe them as "I have known Vivian for four years, originally in the role of Beijing Studio Team Assistant and in more recent times in the hybrid role of Management Assistant and acting Studio Manager. It is in this hybrid role that I have witnessed Vivian really blossom. She effectively took on two peoples work without complaint and aced it. She always delivers and delivers above target, on time and on budget. Vivian is also emotionally intelligent, she relates well at all levels and manages to navigate the social environment to bring about positive outcomes. During Q315 our Beijing Phones Design studio was ramped down following changes in Microsoft strategy. Vivian had a central role in that ramp down, again proving her abilities to not only perform but to do so under duress.
