• Continue roll-out global “People Manager” courses in Greater China cross all brands, including modules focused on Innovation, Motivation, Resilience• Design annual training calendar in partnership with HRBPs based on talent development roadmap. Build the training curriculum for identified skill gaps• Build and bridge an effective communication channel across brands/functions• Support team offsite on the development of high priority, region-specific capability needs• Design and deliver Inclusion Training for all employees across brands to enable an inclusive workplace and culture • Inspire community and self-directed learning through increased access to social collaboration tools, on-demand learning and curated content, leveraging our new LMS/JAM platforms.• Source external training suppliers/vendors/partners for training courses to extend training resources and channels• Manage training expense & budget: Monthly training expense tracking; Work out yearly AOP and quarterly review
