As a recruiter for Scholarbook, I specialize in identifying talented swimmers, primarily in Germany, and guiding them toward opportunities for athletic scholarships in the United States. Utilizing Instagram as a primary outreach platform, I connect with athletes, evaluate their potential, and introduce them to Scholarbook’s comprehensive scholarship services.My role focuses on sparking initial conversations with athletes and creating excitement about the opportunities Scholarbook offers. Once interest is established, I seamlessly hand over the process to our team of experts, who provide in-depth guidance and support to help athletes secure their scholarships and navigate the U.S. collegiate system.

In this exciting internship, I will learn about internal and external marketing strategies in the telecommunication sector (within 1&1 as well as with device partners such as Apple, Google, Samsung, etc.). Furthermore, this intrnship includes analyzing and documenting competitors' marketing approaches and campaigns as well as revising and updating marketing plan documentation that shows all marketing positions online, onsite, and offsite. This is needed for internal synchronization as well as for negotiation with the company's device partners in order to receive marketing contributions. Last, I will learn how to create appealing presentations for partner meetings and decision preparations and support the team in their daily business.
