I am a born and raised south-side Minneapolitan, who willingly moved back to Minnesota after escaping the tortuous winters. So yeah... I'd say community is important to me. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in global studies and minors in public health and Spanish, I officially joined COPAL MN's team. My commitment revolves around breaking down barriers and supporting members of my community to become autonomous, prosperous, and healthy individuals. Beyond my professional life, I am a lifelong learner so I love reading, coffee, and tangents. If there is anything I have learned, so far is that it takes a village to effect the structural changes our community needs. I'm on a mission to contribute to the well-being of Minnesota communities and support youth stepping into their own power, and making dreams into realities.
