Hired by sister company Ocwen Financial Services SRL (OFS) in 2009 and worked for both companies until 2015 when OFS closed operations in Uruguay. Then continued with Altisource Outsourcing Solutions SRL. In 2015 oversaw department while HR manager was on leave of absence for four (4) months. Demonstrated ability to lead and maintain HR operations successfully. Job Requirements: • Headed the HR department in generalist functions while regularly communicating with managers at all levels. • Provided guidance to managers on various HR functions such as payroll, disciplinary action, and new hires. • Led new hire processes of orientation and onboarding. • Improved consistency in disciplinary actions making sure the action was fair and consistent throughout. • Ensured all documentation was properly processed and filed. • Liaised with Payroll outsourcing firm for new hires upload, bank account set up, legal required changes to employee status and review monthly payroll received. • Point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and management. • Created and proposed successful Employee Belonging initiatives with restricted budget.
