•Certified trainer for all incoming waitresses•Tend to guests beverage needs and maintain a fresh and friendly work environment•Manage guests alcohol consumption and work in a timely manner

•Produce and ongoing schedule of casino promotions and special events •Create giveaways and help with the execution of them•Analyze budgeting requirements•Attend casino events and engage with guests to build relationships

•Manage all Okeechobee Festival customer care platforms including Zendesk, info@okeechobeefest.com, Facebook messages, Twitter direct messages, Instagram direct messages, Neighbor requests, ADA requests•Act as community manager, replying to Facebook comments, Instagram comments, Twitter direct tweets and direct snapchats•Assist with Zendesk interface by editing articles, creating updates, and adding/removing information from the main website•Assist with local grassroots marketing initiatives •Set up ModSquad, communication with Unified Command and Info Booth•Create an onsite How-To Guide for ModSquad and other customer care assistants onsite at the festival

•Develop creative marketing plans veered towards college students and community •Promote artists through online and physical materials that are provided monthly•Identify and engage with local influencers to maximize exposure•Use all personal media platforms to promote artist activity•Create a monthly report to identify all marketing campaigns used throughout the month
