I structured the local advisory committees for Ethical Conduct, Risks and Compliance, Privacy and Data Protection, from defining regulations, member composition, thematic agendas, and coordination.I reported to and later coordinated the local Audit Committee with tasks directed by the Board of Directors. I managed the whistleblower channel and supervised the Compliance and Privacy and Data Protection programs. I conducted procedural fraud investigations, reducing financial losses and reputational risk.I developed dashboards for monitoring indicators and risks (BSC) and managed continuous Compliance training programs. I structured and led a dedicated team for the implementation and maintenance of these processes.
