It is a subsidiary of the Generali Group, one of the largest global providers of insurance and asset management, with Bradesco Seguros as its Brazilian shareholder.I served as the head of risk, compliance, and privacy in São Paulo (Europ Assistance) and Curitiba (CEABS), reporting administratively to the CEO and technically to the Audit Committee and global structures. I structured the local advisory committees for Ethical Conduct, Risks and Compliance, Privacy and Data Protection, from defining regulations, member composition, thematic agendas, and coordination.I reported to and later coordinated the local Audit Committee with tasks directed by the Board of Directors. I managed the whistleblower channel and supervised the Compliance and Privacy and Data Protection programs. I conducted procedural fraud investigations, reducing financial losses and reputational risk.I developed dashboards for monitoring indicators and risks (BSC) and managed continuous Compliance training programs. I implemented the structure of policies and procedures for the companies' value chain, covering key areas: HR, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, IT, Information Security, and Finance.

The scope of my work included the custody of non-resident clients and escrow accounts.

I structured and led a dedicated team for the implementation and maintenance of these processes. Additionally, I established an internal information security committee in a department with over 120 professionals.
