Gate Assist - Assist in gate area by monitoring customers carry on baggage for non-compliant bags before boarding and on the jet-bridge and directing these customers as necessary to the gate agent for further assistance. - Assist gate agents with preparing customers for boarding.UMNR Assist - Escort minors who require assistance during delays - Deliver UMNRs to their next gate if necessary - Fill out log sheets with PNR numbers and UMNR details for accountability.FIS Agent - Operate in secure areas near customs - Provide UMNR services and gate/bag servicesGreeting/Lobby Services - Direct customers toward appropriate lines and kiosks - Answer customers’ questions and providing flyer friendly services - General Lobby upkeep/tidiness - Assist customers with ticket print out and tagging bags
