I started my Real Estate career in 1994 with Prudential Mull-Smith in Sun City, AZ. With Prudential I was given a thorough education on working with Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate in the premeir retirement community of Sun City, AZ. I quickly learned this was a unique niche that demanded special care. The senior market place is filled with folks who expect and demand quality service and I was able to meet their needs.After I left Prudential my next 2 Brokerage offices (Award Realty & 1st USA Real Estate Professionals) introduced and schooled me in the All-Age Real Estate Market. I became an advocate for first time home buyers. I also helped many Sellers become move up Buyers who wanted to experience the thrill of living in a brand new home. New home construction was thriving.When the real estate market downturn impacted the Phoenix area in 2005, I transitioned into the distress property market. In this market short sales, Bank Owned Assets (REO’s), forclosures and loan modifications became the norm and I was able to add yet another dimension to my real estate acumen.Presently I am with HomeSmart Realty based out of the Surprise, AZ office. Prior to America West Airlines, I was employed by United Airlines for 16 years in Detroit, MI and Phoenix, AZ. Many various duties but generally public service. It was during these airline years that I honed excellent Customer- Service skills that prepared me for my current position as a REALTOR®.
