Hi! My name is Vivian Le. I am a product designer, with strong foundations in user experience, passionate about creating seamless experiences that connect people with technology in meaningful ways. I am currently a student at the University of Michigan School of Information, pursuing an accelerated Master's degree in UX Design & Research.This summer, I worked as a Digital Product Design Intern at Amway on the Global Digital Product Design and Business Teams, working with Amway's design system to create reusable components and analyze user flows across 4 product experiences. I currently work as a Research Assistant at the School of Information analyzing interview data that my research team and I collected, to help improve the communication gap between patients and providers in hospital emergency departments.As a product designer, my main areas of focus include mobile/web design, design systems, user research, and usability testing.As an eager, determined, and detail-oriented individual, I am always looking for opportunities to learn something new and tackle complex, user-centered challenges.
