Vivian Moore, CPA, has over 30 years’ experience in finance and accounting. Vivian currently provides professional technical assistance services to FEMA’s Public Assistance (PA) program. Prior to FEMA contracting, she worked in various executive capacities for Private, Non-profits and Public entities. She served as a VP for Financial Affairs, Director of Finance and Controller for various organizations, including a university and manufacturing firms. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a current Federal Security Clearance.Vivian has expertise in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and has experience/knowledge of industry specific software.
