• Servicing of company clients (NSW and QLD base) and optimizing sales of agency lines’ products (personal care/pharmaceutical/industrial).• Engage and carry out marketing activities.• Evaluate the effectiveness of product strategies and business opportunity

Coordination of projects and control of all phases of planning which included:• Manage project schedules (start and finish dates)• Specification/cost analysis• Component procurement plan• Quality test monitoring • Mediation between customers and business units to ensure customer satisfaction. This involved,• Problem solving and ensuring smooth running of operations.• Facilitating communication between engineers, suppliers and customers.• Provide weekly project status reports to Senior Management. • Planning pilot runs.  This involved:• Communication with the manufacturing engineers (China base) in relation to production arrangement.• Ensuring quality products are delivered on time quantity and specifications.• Logistic management of production and shipment.
