Reporting to the CEO, the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board more generally and sitting on the Audit Committee. Vivianne also liaises with senior functions across the company to drive all aspects of compliance (policies, processes, investigations, trainings, advisory, communications, partner support, and consequence management). Vivianne is the proud recipient of the ICA 2024 Compliance Leader of the Year award.Previously, at SAP, Vivianne lead the compliance function for the Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China regions and also advised on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the IT, telco and data protection space.Vivianne was also the sole employment lawyer advising on matters throughout the APJ and Greater China regions, working closely with HR and other stakeholders to manage employment related matters.Vivianne's private practice experience extends to corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in relation to IT and telecommunications matters. Vivianne has advised corporates and governments and worked with the UK telecommunications regulator as a policy adviser. Vivianne has advised on various procurement and tender processes, UK spectrum auctions, GMPCS global business plans, and PPPs, as well as on liberalisation and licensing matters. Vivianne is widely published in industry as well as legal journals, has spoken at conferences in Europe as well as Asia and lectured on the University of London’s LLM law masters course.
