Train, lead, and mentor a team of 11 Customer Success Managers to exceed organizational sales and customer retention goals. Provide leadership, direction, and growth opportunities to team members. Design and implement new customer programs, and prospecting strategy. Foster partnerships with dental organizations that align with our service and quality philosophies to obtain warm lead generation. Set monthly objectives and key results across quality, adoption, conversions. Take ownership and responsibility for strategic accounts. Run business reviews to report on the overall account health, productivity, identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and create action plans and growth initiatives. Develop and implement outbound sales and service call initiatives. Lead team effort to advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally. Act as escalation point for resolving and reducing customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction. Create incentive programs for the team to drive measurable results. Conduct cadence meetings with global partners and one-on-one meetings with managers to ensure team stay on task and guide them to establish critical goals and other key performance indicators to achieve success.
