• Responsible for the development and implementation of the Caribbean territory’s selling strategies to secure sales growth for Hasbro brands.• Met with clients and distributors to establish specific retail needs within their markets while negotiating discounts, rebates and incentives.• Attended yearly Sales and Marketing Previews at Hasbro Headquarters in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to establish product knowledge and become familiar with new brands, items and initiatives. • Attended the 2011 and 2012 New York City Toy Fair. Responsible for hosting and entertaining clients at Hasbro’s showroom while actively highlighting and demonstrating new products and key drivers for the upcoming year. • Coordinated, planned and executed Beyblade LET IT RIP Tournament in Guadeloupe, French West Indies which resulted in a 15% growth increase of the brand within the territory. • Actively searched and brought in new business throughout the Caribbean, resulting in over three new accounts for Hasbro Inc, and an increase in total Caribbean sales orders by 65%. • Visited markets to evaluate operations and provide support to clients while expanding Hasbro in-market presence throughout region. • Reviewed customer import purchase orders for accuracy; including evaluating terms, conditions, pricing and timing. Effectively communicated all issues with customers and with internal personnel; including Demand Planning and Sales Administration to ensure fulfillment.• Analyzed data during sales forecasts and productions plans, to determine inventory allocations against orders. • Complied information and created the format for Hasbro Latin America’s Sales Book, a regional sales report which detailed all products ordered throughout the region via client, brand and category. • Actively worked with SAP Business Management Software organizing reports based on a variety of sales aspects including orders, shipments, pricing, delivery date, backorders etc.
