Accepted invitation to become the youngest board member amongst 10 C-suite executives of the UQ Business School, Business Information Systems (UQ-BIS) Advisory Group. The group meets quarterly to obtain updates and provide advice on strategic direction as it relates to Business Information System discipline from student enrollment to curriculum accreditation.

Experience: • Managed project deliverables, project and program reporting and business risk to ensure risks were reported and relevant treatments were applied at the Program Management Office of a Technology Transformation Program.• Assisted with process analysis in identifying types and sources of customer enquiries, created a progress tracker to provide an accurate view on the status and a series of logical baseline dates for the project.• Undertook around 20 stakeholder consultations to understand requirements and benefits sought from an enterprise-wide system, and prepared a summary of experience and usage levels from consultations to construct a strategic road-map. • Conducted onsite reviews including stakeholder interviews, undertook investigative and audit activities involving payroll testing and employment checks to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Initially recruited to PChome to take part in the PChome Global website project, after six months of planning/testing, the website was launched successfully. Shortly after the project, was hand-picked by the Assistant General Manager and asked to work at the core of PChome and joined the operation management team. Main tasks included but not exclusive to:• Daily company-wide inventory/ sales/procurement reports• Handling customer complaints from various sources• Ensuring the close to 50 daily specials run smoothly• Handling occasional law suits and address them accordingly• Working with marketing division in creating special sales events• Weekly meetings with each division to maintain growing sales numbers• Daily hour meeting to work with PChome Global team on system maintenance/updates• Providing bi-weekly sales report to marketing research agency

• Dealt with thousands of guests daily and provided the highest level of guest service, the Disney standard• Worked over 30 hours a week and handled cash flow of over $2,000 a day from various merchandise sales• Work with hundreds of other cast members providing wheelchair, stroller and locker rentals for the Magic Kingdom park with an average guest flow of 55,000 people daily
