As Lead Student Coordinator, I was in charge of managing exchange students and volunteers in the chapter. It involved pairing exchange students with a responsible volunteer who would help them through the experience. As a volunteer myself, I was working with exchange students as well, while coordinating and serving as a second forum in case of any trouble for the exchange student. I organised programs, supervised exchange students, their exchange families and volunteers and solved any problem that the exchange students had.
