Management of the complete life cycle of C-level Executive and Board Search projects in collaboration with consultants and research colleagues across diverse industries and functions, specialized in HR function recruitment.Main responsibilities include the assessment of client needs, defining role requirements and search strategies, systematic talent mapping, and the evaluation of candidate suitability.

Ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of our Hungarian affiliate, serving as the point of contact for headquarters (HQ in Czech Republic), customers (B2B model), and suppliers.Active involvement in various business units within the firm. My role included offering local sales support, and a close collaboration with the finance and HR departments to enhance productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with Hungarian regulations.

Implementing and managing the employee cafeteria system, handling personnel records, onboarding/offboarding- including work permits - payroll preparation, tax benefit declarations, and organizing corporate events. Assisting in Employee satisfaction and engagement survey.Preparing weekly cash-flow forecasts and bank admin.

I served as the primary client contact and prepared contracts in compliance with Hungarian Civil and Labour codes. Additionally, I handled financial administration and supported payroll processes.
