I am responsible for enhancing and communicating the corporate brand and values of Business Events Perth to its multitude of stakeholders as well as developing new destination marketing and assets and strategies in an increasingly competitive environment for business events.

I am employed with the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in its corporate communications division. Reporting to the EPA Chair, I am entrusted to ensure the EPA’s reputation is upheld across the community and to communicate EPA actions. I provide advice on media management, monitor potential contentious issues and develop communications plans by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure preparedness. Through consultation with internal officers I develop stakeholder engagement plans, speeches, events briefs and presentations.

As a communications consultant I managed a high-profile launch of a major piece of mining equipment for Port Kembla Coal Terminal. For this event I secured the Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan MLA, to officially unveil the machine. I managed successful widespread media coverage of this event. Separately, while consulting to global digital agency Isobar I recreated major mining company, external website content.
