Overseeing all productions and managing them if required.Appointing production teams as required.Handling all contract negotiations with broadcasters/distributors/co-producers in collaboration with the CEO.Handling contract negotiations with production staff.Overseeing and conducting all deals with facilities houses.Drawing up budgets and schedules for all programme proposalsand all contracts.Overseeing the management of all production budgets and schedules.Providing CEO with regular information on each project and how this fits into the overall company strategy and profit analyses for quarterly Board Reports.Taking responsibility for all post production paperwork and rights clearances, ensuring this is completed accurately and no undue risks are taken without full consultation with the CEO.Ensuring risk assessments are done for every production and responsible for all production insurance.Working with each executive producer not only on the writing of the budgets, schedules and business affairs for their projects but helping and advising them with team building, how to make the most of the budgets, rights issues etc. Helping them to schedule their own workload.When the team leaves a project, being the point of contact for any outstanding queries and for any distribution.Looking to exploit all production material, past and present, to maximise revenue.Overseeing the use of in-house facilities such as edit suites and cameras.
