About Vivienne Corcoran

My passion is client service. My super power, is that I see and hear things others might miss. Over the past 10+ years, I have conducted 1000s of interviews with professional services clients about what they expect, like, dislike and value. In Australia, China, Middle East and Europe, clients are delighted to share what they want and think - my thrill has been to turn this into actionable insights to help organisations improve. I am currently working on a PhD on client service with Edinburgh Business School - that's how serious I am!I develop marketing and business strategies for a wide range of organisations including professional services, retail, IT, health, education and membership based organisations.
