During my time there I learned about all the diamonds and jewels. How to clean, inspect, and care for the jewels. Additionally how to upsell and communicate to high scale clientele to keep them coming back and spending more. Dressed very clean and appropriately daily.

Upscale and precise professional barista training on bar, coffee beans, espresso, flavor and origin profiles. One to two people working per shift with a high volume of customers per hour. It was a very educational, exhilarating, and passionate barista experience. Since it was a newer and slightly smaller shop, I was offered an assistant position on their social media team. I posted for their instagram and reached out to and connected with other cafes and shops in the area to collaborate.

Greet and take orders from Art Museum guests. Prepare coffee, lattes, and teas. Discuss, prepare, and serve evolving seasonal cocktails, wine and beer. Working primarily individually, and with a team. Serving and hosting private events and parties held throughout the museum. Improving on organization and workflow, and discussing new ideas with management.

Working side-by-side with fellow co-workers to create juices, smoothies, and vegan food. POS cash register experience. Counting the register and tips nightly. Led Front of House team by encouraging, going the extra mile, staying late and covering shifts whenever needed, creating new menu items, improving food preparation workflow and atmosphere. Monitor customer and bar areas to assign staff duties to maximize productivity, efficiency, and customer service. Mentor new employees to bring up to speed and work with established employees to improve performance. Consistently produce high quality products and comply with detailed product standards within a quick and efficient manner. Welcome and acknowledge customers entering or leaving the store, while handling any customer disputes with professionalism and establish an appropriate solution.
