I am a systemic designer, regenerative practitioner and educator passionate about enabling individual and collective change to restore balance and healthy relations with our living world. My practice spans the areas of strategic design, systems change, visual design, design facilitation, leadership and inner development working with public and private sectors for more than 20 years in New York, San Francisco and Sydney. I lecture and teach in design, creative intelligence and leadership at the University of NSW, Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (Undergraduate and Masters) and the University of Technology, Transdisciplinary School, Bachelor of Creative Intelligence.Recently I co-founded the School of Being, a learning organisation aimed at restoring wellbeing within ourselves, in relationship, in our places and with our living world. The School of Being offers transformative learning experiences to develop inner and systemic capacity to transition to flourishing worlds. www.schoolofbeing.worldI have presented at conferences on relational and systemic embodiment practices at the Transformations Conference, AAEE Research Symposium (Country, Relationalities and Otherness), and the New Economy Network Conference (NENA).As an experienced strategic design facilitator, I have worked with Google News Initiative, Achieve, The Scale Institute, Paddl and Carers NSW. At UTS School of Design, I developed an interdisciplinary design global studio program, FutureAging Lab, in collaboration with Tsinghua University focused on exploring issues of health and wellbeing of growing aging populations drawing upon design field research, participatory design and inclusive design. My writing on ‘Cross-cultural Design in Health’ has been published in the peer-reviewed book Cross-cultural Design for Health Ageing by Intellect Books.
