Vivian is a Founding Partner of Callafin Partners. Vivian has a broad range of multi-disciplinary business experience and skills. He has co-founded several successful companies and a not for profit. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed telecommunications and technology company Superloop Limited and serves on its Audit, Remuneration and Nomination, and Risk and Compliance Committees (Chair). Vivian is an experienced technology company executive and has a keen interest in strategy and building businesses in general. Vivian was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Bigtincan Holdings Limited with responsibility for international M&A, Capital markets, Investor Relations & commercial matters. Bigtincan is an enterprise SaaS provider in the international sales enablement market. Vivian was a Non-Executive Director for 8 years, and Chair of wireless telco BigAir Group Ltd, which was acquired by Superloop Ltd in 2016 for c.$190 million. He was subsequently appointed to the Board of Superloop Ltd.Vivian and is an experienced corporate adviser, having executed many successful transactions over the years including the IPO of Bigtincan and reverse-listing of Vocus Communications Ltd. He founded and was a Director of AFS-licensed corporate advisory firm Callafin Pty Ltd. In 1999, Vivian co-founded early-stage investment group TiNSHED, which specialised in the Internet, media and telecommunications sectors.
